- (1.)Interim Report of the Commissioner of Customs (Import), JNCH in compliance with the order dated 04.03.2014 has been filed by the Respondents on 15.05.2014. Learned Additional Solicitor General stales that the incineration is likely to be completed by 10.07.2014 and that a final report will be submitted after completion of the entire process. Final Report may be filed within three weeks which should include not only the progress with regard to the incineration but also other issues mentioned in the order dated 04.03.2014.
(2.)Some other reports have been filed but copies have not been given to learned Counsel for the appearing parties in I.A. No. 43.
(3.)learned Counsel for Bhopal Group For Information states that she will obtain and furnish copies of these reports to learned Counsel for the appearing parties.
