It has also been submitted that respondent No.l was present at Jaipur on November, 23, 1992 but it was reported that he is out of Station and will return back on November 28, 1992. It has also been prayed that directions be given to Brg. (2.) Mr. Shanti Bhushan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.l states that on account of some unavoidable circumstances the respondent No.l could not meet the Administrator/Receiver and that gave an impression to the Administrator/Receiver and that he was not co-operating with the Administrator/Receiver. Learned counsel further made a statement that from December 7, 1992 onwards Brg. Sawai Bhawani Singh - respondent No.l would be available at Jaipur and would fully co-operate with the Administrator/Receiver. In view of the above statement made by Mr. Shanti Bhushan, we do not consider it necessary to give any directions, as sought by the applicant at this stage. It is further made clear that the Administrator/Receiver may put his own seal also over the six rooms and seventeen godowns on which the seal of the Deputy Registrar of the High Court of Delhi is already there. There Administrator/Receiver may also take Mr. R.S. Chhabra, Deputy Registrar of the High Court of Delhi along with him at the time of putting his seal over the seal of the Deputy Registrar.

The appellant-Maharaja Jagat Singh and the other defendants in the suit supporting him, are at liberty to move an application before the High Court of Delhi where the suit is pending, in case they want any direction with regard to the opening of the godowns and the rooms at any stage of the suit. The High Court would deal with and pass appropriate orders when such an application is moved. The Administrator/Receiver may proceed to carry out the directions given by this Court for preparing the inventory except in respect of the six rooms and seventeen godowns for which we have already passed the order as indicated above. I.A.No.4 is disposed of.;
