- (1.) After our orders dated 29th August, 2012, the National Tiger Conservation Authority has framed a set of Comprehensive Guidelines for Project Tiger and Tourism in Tiger Reserves and proposes to issue the Guidelines under Section 38(O)(1)(c) of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. We have heard learned Additional Solicitor General on the proposed Guidelines. Response to the proposed Guidelines from the State Governments and from any other party before this Court will be taken up on Wednesday, the 3rd October, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
(2.) List the matter accordingly as a part-heard case before this very Bench.;
