- (1.) Some of the issues raised in this Writ Petition are already under consideration by this Court in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 120 of 2012 titled "Manohar Lal Sharma Vs. The Principle Secretary & Others".
(2.) The present Writ Petition has raised some additional issues and prayed for additional reliefs.
(3.) Having regard to above, issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2.;
