- (1.)Mr. S. Muralidhar wants to file an affidavit indicating some aspects which need looking into for the benefit of the victims of the Bhopal Gas tragedy. This is in relation to medical research, obtaining of equipments and relief to the victims in a manner that no undue harassment is caused to them. He may file an affidavit within four weeks after having had an opportunity of visiting the hospitals. List after four weeks. Order accordingly.
