KULDIP SINGH,J. - (1.) Pending final order by this court as to whether the decision in Pradeep Jain's case under which 25% and 15% reservations were made for Post Graduate and M.B.B.S. Courses respectively for All India Selection would extend to the Medical Colleges located within the Jammu and Kashmir State. The eight students who had been permitted by this Court to take the entrance examination of 1991 may have their result published. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.;
