The instant appeal is directed against the final judgment and order of the High Court of judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench at Nagpur dated 9th September, 2010, in Writ Petition No. 4210 of 2010 vide which the Division Bench of the High Court dismissed the petition of the Appellant thereby affirming the decision of awarding the contract to the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6.
