JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.08.2015 passed in Misc. Case No.75 of 2014 which was instituted by O.P. No.2 under section 125 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) By an order dated 26.10.2015, the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon O.P. No.2. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 11.05.2017 and four weeks' further time was granted to the petitioner to serve O.P. No.2.
