JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) PETITIONERS ' prayer, in this writ application, is for a direction upon the Respondents to remove the anomaly in the pay -scale of the Field Supervisors arising out of the recommendations of the 4th and 05th Pay Revision and also in view of the fact that the Fitment Appellate Committee had not considered the case of the Field Supervisors in view of the fact that at that time, the matter concerning the Field Supervisors was pending before the Secretary, Finance, State of Jharkhand, Ranchi, pursuant to the directions, issued by the High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2886 of 1993 (R).

IN the light of the above assurance of the Respondents, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their fresh representations individually, before the Secretary, Finance, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi and within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representations, the concerned officers of the Respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the directions and observations contained in the judgment dated -
