JUDGEMENT

(1.) CHALLENGING notices dated 18.03.2014, 03.04.2014, 22.04.2014 and 21.05.2014, the Writ Petition was filed however, during the pendency of the Writ Petition final order dated 21.07.2014 has been passed and therefore, an Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 3865 of 2014 was filed seeking permission to amend the Writ Petition for challenging the final order dated 21.07.2014. Vide order dated 04.08.2014, I.A. No. 3865 of 2014 has been allowed and thus, the said order is also under challenge in the present proceeding.
