JUDGEMENT

(1.) BOTH the anticipatory bail applications arose from same complaint case, therefore, are heard together and disposed of by this order. Heard Sri. Shailesh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri. Pramod Kumar Choudhary, learned Additional P.P. for the State and Smt. Shweta Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.

(2.) AT the outset, Sri. Shailesh, submits that petitioners are ready to keep the opposite party No. 2 with all love and dignity and they are also ready to give written undertaking that they will not torture her in future.

(3.) IN view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the petitioners, I allow this anticipatory bail application, and direct the petitioners to surrender in the court below on 16.01.2013. On that day, opposite party No. 2 namely Seema Devi is directed to remain present in the court below. The court below is directed to enlarge the petitioners, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Complaint Case No. 63 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
