JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.2 and also learned counsel appearing for the State.

(2.) The petitioners were put in trial in G.R. No.2126 of 1996, for an offence under Sections 147, 323, 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) After examining six witnesses, when the prosecution failed to bring further witnesses. Thereupon an application was filed on behalf of the prosecution to reopen the case which was rejected. That order was challenged by the opposite party No.2 before the Revisional Court.
