(1.) THE petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 1 of 1992 corresponding to G.R. No. 22 of 1992.

(2.) The case relates to dacoity and the impugned order shows that another co -accused has been acquitted after trial.
