(1.) I .A. No. 10551 of 2011

(2.) IN the meantime, the petitioner will appear before the C.B.I. Officers, who are investigating the matter in relation to the lands and other irregularities committed by the R.R.D.A. and others like the State Authorities and would apprise the investigating officer of the same.

(3.) MR . Gadodia will instruct the officials of the Housing Board to appear before the C.B.I. officers, investigating the matter, to apprise them of such irregularities, which they are investigating.
