JUDGEMENT

(1.) The stand taken by the counsel for the R.R.D.A is in conflict with the direction of the State Government as stated in the affidavit of the State Government.

(2.) The State Government will look into the matter and see that the stand, as has been taken by the counsel for the R.R.D.A today in contradiction with the stand of the State Government, is not taken in future, and for that, if necessary, reconstitute the R.R.D.A.
