JUDGEMENT

(1.) SINCE both the instance appeals have been filed against the order dated March 8, 1999 of the learned Additional District Judge No. 5 Jaipur City, they were heard analogously and are being disposed of by a common order.

(2.) IN Misc. Appeal No. 642/1999, the grievance of the defendant-tenant is that determination of provisional rent to the tune of Rs. 1,0001/-per month by the learned court below is per se illegal and without jurisdiction. Whereas in Misc. appeal No. 848/1999 the plaintiff land lord have prayed to enhance the provisional rent from Rs. 1,000/-to Rs. 25,000/-per month.

(3.) THE appeals have no merit and are accordingly dismissed. Costs easy. .
