JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of third bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Dinesh Singh Advocate on behalf of the applicant Om Prakash Nagar pertaining to F.I.R. No. 94/2009 registered at police station Vigyan Nagar, Kota, District Kota, in the offence under Section 380 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the material on record.

(3.) HOWEVER, it is made clear that in case, the petitioner is arrested in any other criminal case of alike nature, the bail granted to him shall stand automatically stands cancelled without reference to this court. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned police station as also to the concerned court for their information.
