JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant, in this case, has been convicted by the Special Judge, Anti-corruption, Kota for the offences under Sec. 161 IPC, and Sec. 5 (2) read with Sec. 5 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sentenced as under: <FRM>JUDGEMENT_71_LAWS(RAJ)11_19881.html</FRM>

(2.) Both these substantive sentences have been ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) The appellant has preferred this appeal against this conviction made on 5th Feb., 1980.
