JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) The plaintiff - appellant's suit for eviction filed on 11.3.1980 was decreed by the Trial Court against the defendant - respondent on the ground of parting with possession of the suit property by the tenant by handing over it to defendant No. 2. The judgment and decree of the Trial Court on this issue was reversed by the first appellate Court by judgment and decree dated 24.11.1987. Hence the plaintiff has preferred this appeal.
