JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE present third application for suspension of sentence has been moved on the ground of illness of appellant in jail.

(3.) APPELLANT has now moved this third application for suspension of sentence on the ground that his application for extension of interim bail was dismissed on the ground that appellant has not surrendered, however, appellant has now surrendered, therefore, his third application for suspension of sentence may be allowed.
