JUDGEMENT

(1.) THOUGH nobody has appeared for the petitioner but in view of the fact that similar nature petitions have already been decided, there appears no reason to keep this petition pending; and hence, the same is taken up for final disposal in terms of the orders already passed.

(2.) THE petitioner has essentially stated grievance in this writ petition against the process taken up by the respondents for changing the size of outlet wherefrom he has been receiving the irrigation water.

(3.) THE directions and observations aforesaid squarely govern the present case too. Hence, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the orders aforesaid and with the same directions. No costs.
