JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this petition for writ the petitioners are claiming direction for grant of bonus marks pertaining to the questions asked in Teacher Grade-III Direct Recruitment Competitive Examination, 2012 said to be out of the Syllabi prescribed. A direction is further sought to declare the answer key and also to have access to the OMR sheets. The directions aforesaid are sought by alleging several irregularities in the examination concerned. The irregularities pointed out in the petition are quoted below :-

THE Teacher Grade-III Direct Recruitment Competitive Examination, 2012 was conducted on 2.6.2012, but no care was taken by the petitioners to point out any alleged wrong on 2.6.2012 or immediately thereafter. The petitioners at the first instance agitated their cause with the allegations referred above only after declaration of the result of the examination. If the petitioners were having any grievance because of the irregularities taken place then they should have raised all their objections before the competent authority immediately after holding of the examination or at least prior to declaration of the result. At the stage when the entire process of the examination has been completed, I am not inclined to interfere with the process in exercise of the discriminatory powers of this Court. The petition for writ, therefore, is dismissed.
