JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE four intra-court appeals arising out of similar nature orders dated 22.10.2011 as passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in different but similar nature writ petitions, are reported to be time-barred by about 170 days and carry a few more defects. However, while ignoring the other defects and even the question of limitation, these appeals are taken up for final disposal on merits by this common order for the reasons indicated infra.

(2.) THE learned counsel for the appellants has frankly submitted that the issue involved in these appeals stands covered against the appellants in view of the judgment dated 07.12.2011 as passed by this Court in SAW No.796/2011: RSRTC & Anr. Vs. Shanker Lal & Ors.
