ANURAG Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The corpus of Ms. Madhu daughter of Bhanwarlal was produced in court today by the respondents.

(2.) She was first examined in Chambers alone by the Court. Before doing that, she was kept in custody of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this court for about 3 hrs. Thereafter, her statement was recorded.

(3.) In her statement before the Court, she stated :
