JUDGEMENT

(1.) S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6149/2021:-

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already sold his car to Harchand Ram by way of an agreement to sell well before the date of the recovery of the contraband in question. Learned counsel further submits that as per the account statement of the petitioner, it is clearly reflected that Harchand Ram deposited the amount in the account of the present petitioner as the monthly installment of the car which was being sold by the present petitioner.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor seeks some time to get the same verified from the competent authorities. List the matter on 28.05.2021.
