JUDGEMENT

(1.) The defects pointed out by the Registry are ignored. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

(2.) The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No. 24/2021 of Police Station Khedapa, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under'Sections 341,'323,'327,'435'and'506/34'of IPC. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after rejection of the first bail application of the petitioner, charge-sheet has been filed.
