JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petitions are in relation to the selection conducted by the respondents for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO). The post is of contractual in nature.

(2.) The grievances of the petitioners are manifold, however, short issue involved is that the certificates like of not having been submitted OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate, Sports Certificate, wrongful mentioning of category and in one case matter relates to wrongful mentioning in the form being 'male' instead of 'female' are some of the issues raised.

(3.) The second aspect which the petitioners have pointed out is that while the respondents had opened the portal for submitting grievances between 10.03.2021 to 15.03.2021, the same was not accessible to several of the petitioners and they could not raise their grievances. Resultantly, several petitions have not come before this court.
