JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

(2.) The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No.199/2020 lodged at P.S. Abu Road City, District Sirohi.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that various civil cases are going on between the parties.
