MAHENDRA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.86/2021 Registered at Police Station Kishanganj, District Baran (Raj.) for the offence(s) under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 34 of IPC.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since 02.06.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that none of the injuries is not dangerous to life and conclusion of trial may take long time.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
