JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. He further submits that the present appeal may be disposed of, in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties on 25.02.2021. The said compromise is taken on record.

(2.) The contents of the compromise read as under:-
