JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner- defendant (hereinafter referred to as 'the defendant') against the order dated 15. 04. 2019 passed by Addl. District Judge No. 2, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur in Civil Suit No. 08/2012, whereby the application filed by the defendant under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC has been rejected.

(2.) The respondent Nos. 1 to 3-plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as 'the plaintiffs') filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction against the defendants. The defendant filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC. After hearing the arguments, vide order dated 15. 04. 2019 the Trial Court rejected the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC.

(3.) Hence, the present revision petition has been filed.
