JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 57/2020 registered with Police Station Kalwar, District Jaipur (West), for the offences punishable under Sections 363 , 365 , 384 , 376 of IPC and Section 3 / 4 , 11 (v)/12 of the POCSO Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused petitioner through video conferencing and perused the record.

(3.) It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that prosecutrix has submitted an application on 03.02.2020 to the SHO Police Station Kalwar, Jaipur in which she specifically mentioned that due to some problem with her parents she left the home on her free will. Nobody enticed her away. Similarly in the statement recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. she has stated similar facts. Charge sheet has been filed. Trial of the case may take time.
