RAJENDRA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 270/2016 registered with Police Station Mundawar, District Alwar, for the offences punishable under Sections 457 , 380 of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused petitioner through video conferencing and perused the record.

(3.) It has been submitted on behalf of the accused petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Charge- sheet has been filed. Trial of the case may take time. Co-accused Satish, Rajkumar and Omprakash have been released on bail by a coordinate bench of this court on 25.01.2017. Petitioner's case is not different from them.
