JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor is present in person.

(3.) Petitioner has preferred this Criminal Revision Petition aggrieved by Judgment and Order dated 12.09.2005 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur, whereby appeal preferred by the petitioner was rejected and against the Judgment and Order dated 22.07.2002 passed by Judicial Magistrate No.21, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur, whereby petitioner has been convicted for offence under Section 380 of IPC read with Section 511 of IPC and has been sentenced one year simple imprisonment and fine of Rs.1,000/- and in non default of fine, further undergo one month simple imprisonment and conviction of the petitioner has been upheld.
