JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) Despite the best efforts Mr. Surendra Surana learned counsel for the complainant could not be connected.

(3.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.48/2020, Police Station Abu Road Ricco, District Sirohi for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 323 & 302 of the I.P.C.
