JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to the order dated 18th December, 2019, learned counsel for the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has submitted an affidavit in response but termed the same as preliminary objections and copy thereof has been served to the opposite counsel.

(2.) Reply to the affidavit, if any, be filed.

(3.) Learned counsel for the JDA is also granted liberty, if he so chooses, to either file complete reply affidavit or submit the affidavit stating that what is termed as the preliminary objection, will only be treated as reply, which is filed.
