JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Sahab Ram, the Principal of petitioner - Institute submits that the respondent No.2 - the Registrar Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, is not permitting the students of the petitioner - Institute to fill the examination form, which is defiance of the order dated 02.07.2019. The order dated 02.07.2019 is reproduced hereinfra :

(2.) A perusal of the above order leaves no room for ambiguity that this Court had directed PTET to permit the petitioner - Institute to participate in the counseling and there was no specific direction to the respondent - University to permit the students to fill up the examination form.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid, there is no non-compliance much less willful non-compliance of the order dated 02.07.2019 by the respondent No.2.
