HARIOM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.214/2020 registered at Police Station Chhipabarod, District Baran for the offence(s) under Sections 141 , 323 , 354 , 354-B 379 , 307 , 143 of IPC and for offence under Section 3 / 25 of the Arms Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. No case under Section 307 of IPC is made out. It is stated that all the injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. Counsel further submits that the accused petitioners are in judicial custody for more than ten days and completion of trial will take time. Therefore, he implored to grant of bail to the accused petitioners.
