JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Bail Applications have been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 145/2020 registered with Police Station Shahpura, District Jaipur for offence under Sections 342 , 365 , 384 , 389 and 120-B IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the accused petitioners througHeard learned counsel for the accused petitioners through video conferencing and perused the record.

(3.) It is contended by the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in these cases. After thorough investigation, charge- sheet has been filed under Sections 170 , 171 , 342 , 365 , 384 , 389 , 419 , 420 and 120-B IPC. The matter is triable by Magistrate Court. Completion of trial will take time. There is no reliable evidence on record to connect accused-petitioners with the alleged crime. The only evidence on which prosecution relies is the call details which are not reliable to connect petitioners with the offence. Co-accused Mahaveer S/o Shree Bodu Ram has been released on bail by the released on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 16.04.2020.
