JUDGEMENT

SANJAY DHAR, J. - (1.)Through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging F.I.R No. 387/2020 for offences under Sections 323, 354 and 458 IPC registered with Police Station, Nagrota. It is the case of the petitioner that the instant F.I.R has been lodged by respondent No. 4 against him as a counter blast to the earlier F.I.R bearing No. 363/2020 for offences under Sections 307, 323, 382, 147 IPC registered with Police Station, Nagrota stated to have been lodged by the petitioner against husband of respondent No. 4.
(2.)Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, it appears that there is a prima-facie case for grant of interim indulgence is made out.
(3.)Issue notice to the respondents. Notice be sent to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 through Mr. Aseem Sawhney, learned AAG. Notice to respondent No. 4 be sent through the concerned Police Station.
