(1.)CrlM No. 1059/2020 : The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking extension of time for filing the affidavit, stamp and court fee etc in support of the application.
(2.)For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant shall do the needful within a period of three days, when the normal functioning of the Courts begins.
(3.)Application is, accordingly, disposed of. Bail App No. 110/2020 Through the medium of this application, the petitioners are seeking bail in anticipation of their arrest in FIR No. 171/2020 registered with Police Station, Uri for commission of offences under sections 323, 341, 392, 506 IPC. It is submitted by the petitioners that they were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Baramulla vide order dated 12.12.2020 but later on the said bail application was rejected vide order dated 14.12.2020. It is further submitted by the petitioners that the complainant is also an accused in FIR No. 108/2020 under section 392 IPC and the present FIR has been lodged by him just to harass the petitioners. It is also submitted that one of the accused stood guarantor in the loan availed by the complainant. Even the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Baramulla in its order of rejection of bail dated 14.12.2020 observed that contention raised by the petitioners sounds reasonable. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in the aforesaid FIR.
