JUDGEMENT

RAJESH BINDAL,A.C.J., - (1.)This order will dispose of two writ petitions and one contempt petition, bearing OWP Nos. 278/2014, 1035/2017 and CPOWP No. 15/2016, as common issues of law and fact are involved.
OWP No. 278/2014

(2.)The petitioner has approached this Court challenging communication dated 28.05.2013 from Director, National Highways Authority of India to Collector Land Acquisition, Ramban, vide which intimation was sent that additional land measuring 21.399 kanals is required for four laning of Srinagar to Banihal section of NH-1A from KM 187.00 to 189.350 (Banihal Bye pass) and KM 220.700 to KM 286.110. The request was made to acquire the aforesaid land at the earliest.
(3.)Further challenge is to the communication dated 31.05.2013 from Collector Land Acquisition Ramban to the Tehsildar Banihal, asking him to send the revenue record pertaining to the aforesaid request.
