BINODKUMARCHAUDHARY Vs. STATE OF BIHAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this application the petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dated 10th March, 1991 as contained in Annexure-10 to the writ application whereby Dr. Rajendra Ram, respondent No. 4 was directed to be appointed as Principal.

(2.) Both the petitioner and respondent No. 4 are holding the posts of Professor of the Dental College, Patna.

(3.) Their respective qualifications and experiences have been stated in paragraph No. 5 of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 which reads as follows :-
