(1.) AS a sequel to the order dated 22nd June, 2006 passed by this Court, Mr. Amrit Lal Sharma, has filed his reply. One reply was filed by him earlier also on 21st June, 2006 supported by his affidavit affirmed on 20th June, 2006.
(2.) DETAILED facts have elaborately been spelt out in the Court order dated 22nd June, 2006 in so far as the relevance of the issue relating to the violation of accepted norms is concerned. These aspects find mention at pages 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the aforesaid order. Broadly stated, two very peculiar, interesting and strange aspects, which have been reflected in the aforesaid order, emerge in this case. These two aspects are as under:-
(3.) A third aspect also which cannot escape notice is total breach of principles of natural justice and norms of fair play in conducting judicial proceedings. This aspect also has been reflected in the aforesaid order, in which it has been clearly observed as to how evidence was recorded without framing issues and how and in what manner after framing of the issues the case was dealt with and as to how, in total disregard of the principles of Evidence Law were documents brought into evidence and made admissible without these having at all been proved.
