JUDGEMENT

(1.) STATE has challenged the acquittal of the Respondent passed by the learned trial Court for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code.

(2.) HEARD and gone through the evidence on record.

(3.) TO prove its case, prosecution examined its witnesses and Respondent was also examined under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
