JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioner is a teacher appointed on PTA basis. She is aggrieved since the fourth Respondent has been appointed in her place on regular basis. According to the Petitioner, the fourth Respondent can be accommodated, without any disturbance to her, in the nearby school, where there is vacancy. The Petitioner may obtain the willingness of the fourth Respondent and produce the same before the second Respondent, in which case, the second Respondent will take steps to accommodate the fourth Respondent in the vacancy as pointed out by the Petitioner, if available and in the resultant vacancy in case the Petitioner is otherwise eligible and entitled, she may be engaged as PTA teacher, till she is replaced by a regular recruitee. The needful be done in three weeks.

(2.) THE writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
