JUDGEMENT

(2.) PETITIONER submitted an application for considering his candidature for B. Ed. (Non -medical) course on 03.06.2009. Last date for submission of the forms was 15th July, 2009. Petitioner is ward of Ex -serviceman. The grievance of the petitioner, in a nut -shell, is that respondent -University has not provided any reservation for the wards of Ex -servicemen. Petitioner approached this Court for the redressal of his grievance by way of C.W.P. No. 3622 of 2009. He was permitted to make a representation to the Vice -Chancellor of the respondent -University on 25th May, 2010. The representation made by the petitioner was rejected by the Vice -Chancellor on 21.06.2010.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
