SUNIL PRASHER Vs. STATE OF H.P. AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioner is aggrieved since his earlier permission to join duty at Government Senior Secondary School, Kotla Behar, District Kangra, has been cancelled with the direction to join duty at Government Senior Secondary School, Gondla, District Lahaul & Spiti. According to the Petitioner, that cancellation is only at the instance of fourth Respondent. Be that as it may. It is pointed out that there is another vacancy at Government Senior Secondary School, Saddun Bargran, District Kangra, H.P. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second Respondent to see whether it is possible to accommodate the Petitioner in the said vacancy and order in that regard shall be passed within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. Till such time, the Petitioner may not be compelled to join duty at Government Senior Secondary School, Gondla, District Lahaul & Spiti.

(2.) WITH these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
