JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition under Section 10 of the IBC. The Resolution Professional has filed an updated list of creditors containing their names alongwith revised amount claimed by each one of them and the revised amount of their claim admitted after verification alongwith the details in their favour.

(2.) The information is taken on record and the office is directed to place the same on record and put up the same for consideration at the time of final Resolution Plan.
