JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Petition has been filed under Section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code prays for triggering the insolvency process against the Respondent-Corporate Debtor namely Iyogi Technical Services Pvt. Ltd.

(2.) When the matter came up for consideration, we ask a pointed question to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as to whether any proceedings for winding up against Iyogi Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. were pending.

(3.) After obtaining time the information has now been placed on record showing a number of cases pending before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court for winding up of Respondent Company.
